The Whistler Irish Honey Whiskey

The Whistler Irish Honey is a distinctive whiskey produced in small batches that mix the smoothness of ex-bourbon matured Irish whiskey with the sweetness of honey. This delicious blend is made in the Boyne Valley, where the honey is obtained from the family orchards of the Cooney family, who are also regarded as the second-largest hard cider producers in Ireland. This whiskey’s scent is described as bursting with creamy honeycomb, caramel, and candied almonds, with hints of silky Irish whiskey. On the palate, it begins with a powerful whiskey flavour, followed by creamy vanilla and caramel, and concludes with honey and candied almonds. The finish is long, smooth, and decadent, leaving a lingering honey flavour. Bottled at 33%, the Whistler Irish Honey won Best Irish Honey and World’s Best Honey Liqueur at the World Liqueur Awards 2020.
